Adding Multiple Drops to Presents

Is there any way to change the config to drop more than one item in presents? Example: Instead of dropping one diamond, the present drops 4?

Unfortunately this wasn't actually supported at the time plugin was created.
I planned to do an almost complete rewrite of it for this holidays, but unfortunately did not found a time
The feature itself shouldn't be too hard to implement, but actually plugin needs much more to be modern (Like commands, permissions, and custom items integration)
