Thanks for reply, I used env:STM32F446ZE_btt and it matches the Board and it is what Marlin Auto build also verified. The problem is the forked marlin version of the TMC libraries files. TMC2209 works, but TMC5160's do not communicate serially. I had to go back to 2125 marlin version which uses the NON forked TMC library file shown in photo's above.

If pronterface screenshots are from different marlin versions, then you don't have properly working connections on either one. You should sort that out, or, if only one driver slot is occupied, point that out.

Marlin Auto build doesn't verify anything like that, it gives you a full list of all valid environments for the selected motherboard.
it expects you to select the correct one(s) to match the board you have.
