The folder/directory name 1x1 is ambiguous. It seems to currently contain all kern/musicXML files, so a better name is either all (best) or conversions (clearly you have a bias towards MuseScore ;-).
Likewise I contents is confusing: You only include MuseScore and MusicXML files (presumably by species, but that is not yet obvious). We can talk about this in general as to the function of 1x1 and I, II, and III. the main problem is that you have two separate paths to the same data (which is confusing) and the distinction does not seem that important. I would remove the 1x1 entirely and put the kern/movement-based musicXML into I, II, and III. (but that would depend on the intention.
