Is it possible to build the docker container without PhosphoSitePlus & drug bank

Dear maintainers,

we would be interested trying CKG using the docker container. I managed to get access to

DrugBank and SNOMED-CT

but I have no clue how to download a PhosphoSitePlus dump from their homepage. Is it possible to build the container without? BTW: Is CKG still actively developed?

Un update: I got this from drug bank, even after explaining why we would like to have a drug bank copy:

So my extended question is: Can we build without drug bank and PhosphoSitePlus. Out of curiousity: How did the you get access to drug bank if even usage at a core facility requires a commercial license?

The knowledge graph will be used at the Functional Genomics Center Zurich, being the core facility/technology platform of UZH and ETHZ. We don't intend to use drugbank for commercial purposes.
