This document describes who maintains Otoroshi and how project stewardship works.
Otoroshi is currently maintained by:
- Mathieu Ancelin mathieu.ancelin@cloud-apim.com
- Etienne Anne etienne.anne@maif.fr
Maintainers are responsible for the long-term health of the project. This includes:
- reviewing and merging pull requests,
- discussing and guiding architectural changes,
- ensuring overall consistency of the project,
- maintaining documentation and release quality,
- handling sensitive topics such as security-related changes.
Most decisions are made through discussion and pragmatic consensus.
For larger changes affecting architecture, security, or long-term direction, core maintainers have final decision authority.
Maintainers are invited based on sustained, high-quality contributions and demonstrated understanding of the project.
There is no automatic process. Maintainership is based on trust, consistency, and long-term involvement.
Maintainers who are inactive for an extended period may be removed from the active maintainers list in order to keep this document accurate.
This document may evolve over time through pull requests and maintainer discussion.
