We want to use PIA 4.1 on a WIndows 11 client and we have the problem, that we can not add information in the free-text fields (see screenshot --> red marked). After we create a data protection impact assessment, closing the application and then start the application again, it works.
Have you the same problem? Or are there any other companies which reported the same issue?
