Subject: [PATCH] kortex_description: give the maintainer entry a name

The first maintainer entry holds an email address but no name:

  <maintainer email="avannobel@kinova.ca" />

dpkg-source needs the form "Name <email>". It therefore reads
"<avannobel@kinova.ca>" and stops, which fails the source package job on
the build farm:

  dpkg-source: error: cannot parse Maintainer field value "<avannobel@kinova.ca>"

No binary package of kortex_description can exist while the source job
fails. The Kinova MoveIt configurations depend on this package, so they
have no binaries either.

The author entry on the line above gives the name, so this commit uses
it.
