Location: srslte-e2/lib/examples/pdsch_ue.c

1. pdsch_enodeb.c
   Deals with IQ sample buffers for eNodeB transmissions.
   Functions like srslte_rf_set_tx_freq and srslte_rf_send_multi directly handle IQ samples for transmission.

2. usrp_capture.c
   Handles capturing IQ samples from USRP devices.
