Stop generating the GLSLstd450Radians and GLSLstd450Degrees instructions #4133
Description
In KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Headers#556, the decision has been made to deprecate these extended instructions and offer multiplication by a constant as the alternative. In light of that maybe glslang should stop generating them as well and instead generate the multiplication by a constant.
