New Recording UI shared between widget and echo creation.

Rather than just the icon we have now the goal is to implement UI that tells user what to do new and shows what has been recorded in terms of an echo and what elements have been selected for a widget. There also need to be a button in terms of both that go to editor to modify both widgets and echos
