compatibility to TYPO3 v14 (keep open till LTS)

'FEATURE' #108819 of TYPO3 provoked an error in the backend. The change required fundamental changes concerning the class /PageLayoutView/ShortcutPreviewRenderer.php, therefore I gave up on my target to provide a single branch / version compatible with TYPO3 13 and 14.

Branch 4 is compatible up to TYPO3 v14.1 and branch 5 is the branch for TYPO3 V14.2+

@Kephson in general the branch 4 can be just released for v13 only, that makes it easier to explain, even 14.0 and 14.1 are still supported.
