Top menu prevents selection of words at top

What happened?

When I try to select top words in epub document, this top menu appears (with annotations button and e.t.c) that prevents selection of other text. There are no workaround for this when in columnar layout (you cant scroll text)

Adrond: Oxygen OS 14.00 OnePlus9 pro (real), Adroid 16 on emulator
Browser: Both devices Chrome (143.0.7499.146 on physical, 134.0.6998.135 on emulator). Also happens in Brave
Kavita: 0.8.8.3

What did you expect?

I dont know, maybe this menu should appear after text is selected fully? or maybe menu should be smaller and right after/before (depending on location) of last selected word
