This is probably due to CompatHelper being confused that the dependency BBB v1.49.0 not being registered in General. But since it is registered as of JuliaRegistries/General#174458, I would suggest closing this PR to see if CompatHelper re-creates something stupid or is happy with the registrations. |

BinaryBuilderBasepackage from1.49.0to1.49.0, 1.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
