Update to 2019 redesign

Logo has remained the same but the colors and font were changed.

Most update info is e.g. in https://jugendhackt.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Jugend-hackt-Community-Design.zip and also internal documents.

This issue is mostly a reminder to myself to submit an update.
