Slow browsing in nevu?

In both the Windows client & the web version (Tried both, reverse proxy and local IP) it's very slow to navigate through. Taking 1-5 seconds to click through the libraries, much longer than plex itself. I have it running in docker for windows on the same machine as plex(native install)
I have a 10gb direct connection to the server & 5gb internet, so speed is not the issue.

Is this normal / expected?

It happens on home too. I have 6 libraries. The libraries without nearly as much content is much faster but still longer than it should take.
