Weblate for translations

[metropontikas]

Hey there!

I was wondering whether there are plans to use webplate or a similar platform for the translations, in order to facilitate the community in the localisation of the project.
To be honest, i'm not familiar with the integration process of webplate or similars, but recently i got involved with some translations there and would be more than happy to help. ^^
