Write the formal specification for DALN — the long-term vision of MisakaNet.

Acceptance Criteria

• Whitepaper-style document in docs/daln-spec.md
• Covers: node discovery, lesson propagation, trust inference, conflict resolution
• Formal protocol definition (state machines, message formats)
• Security model: what can go wrong + mitigations
• Reference implementation plan

Why it matters

A formal spec enables independent implementations and attracts serious contributors.
