docs(website): drop apologetic tone from /community (#15)

* docs(website): drop apologetic tone from /community

Remove the 'Synapse is new' / 'one team confirmed' disclaimer and
reframe the page around contribution. The teams list now invites
other FTC teams to add themselves instead of calling out a single
confirmed user.
