[Feat] Scroll inside Value boxes in nodes.

Scope

Very simply, i want to be able to scroll up or down with my mousewheel to change the value of any numerican value box in Terranova, instead of being limited to sliders and/or manually typing a value in.
Furthermore i'd like to be able to change the size of steps taken with the scroll wheel, with some hotkey.

Implementation Details

When hovering cursor over either a slider or a numerical input box, make scrolling increase/decrease the value.
Default should be in steps of 1
Holding down Ctrl should be in steps of 10
Holding down Shift should be in steps of 0.1
Something along those lines.

Risks and Alternatives

This may make me weak in the knees if implemented.
