Report metrics to WAS #441
Description
When Wi-Fi signal strength is low, Willow becomes unusable. We should indicate this to the user in WAS, with e.g. the client card becoming yellow/red.
Similar with the ESP32-S3 CPU temperature. When Kris was visiting me in Bulgaria, at some point, torture tests started having horrible results. Turns out this was due to the temperature rising in his place while he was away, and the Willow device used for the torture being in a soundproof cabinet.
