Redo shuttle restart

Ripped shamelessly out of the titanpad:
Once the shuttle departs, 3 minutes of flight passes, then the shuttle arrives in empty space for 2 minutes getting a report along the lines of "It seems your engines have failed. A repair shuttle will be sent soon..." before sudden restart.
