Include taskwarrior manpages on taskwarrior.org

https://taskwarrior.org/docs/ provides a pretty full set of docs, but omits the reference documentation contained in the manpages. Let's find a way to get those built into the taskwarrior.org website.

It would be great to get this taken care of! I think it would help with things like gurubase that are trying to "understand" Taskwarrior using the contents of the website.
