output of positions in transcript truncated

Hello,

I am particularly interested in positions > 1800 in rRNA, but they are missing from the output. The data.json file contained the positions 1831 and 1850, and coverage was very good. See attached screenshot of data.info after running dataprep. But the model predictions data.site_prob.csv did not contain any predictions for positions larger than 1100. What could be the reason for this, and how could I get predictions for these positions?

I checked another transcript, predictions for the last 2 positions were missing as well.
