Copy db from hamster-applet on first use

On first use, if xdg_data_home/hamster-lite/hamster-lite.db doesn't exist yet, but xdg_data_home/hamster-applet/hamster.db does, create the new db as a copy of the old. (Otherwise use a copy of the empty template database from the app.)
