chore: remove crosswalk/ — now maintained in GenAI-Security-Project/crosswalk (#68)

The crosswalk has its own repository. Remove the in-repo copy and point
README, CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY and the bug-report template at the
dedicated repo. Drop the Dependabot npm entry for /crosswalk, which
would otherwise fail on every run. The Pages redirect is unchanged.
