datasets(agentdataflow): restrict contributor attribution to name + optional ORCID

Drop the free-text affiliation field from the contributor object and
require name when the object is present. Keeps attribution vendor-neutral:
a person's name plus one persistent scholarly identifier, no organization
or URL fields.
