"Weather data update failed" message after PC wakes up from sleep

Always get this message when PC wakes up from sleep. Even thought the weather is updated behind the dialog.

I can't reproduce the problem. I see you're using an insider preview release of Windows. Well that could possibly be the cause.

Can you change it from a blocking dialog to a note in the main window? Like next to the updated time so it's not so obstructive?

I am back on regular Windows release and it's still doing this.
