I just tring to reproduce yor work.
However, I think There is not GeneTAK benchmark in this link (https://zenodo.org/records/18513982)

is it not public dataset??
are there other ways that can I download the data?

I think this h5ad is from sc RNAseq. May be we need creat by ourselves.
