Add test suite for Metrics page: UI, buttons and forms

Metrics is a really massive app, so we are dividing it into pieces. Here, we will test the UI:

• Ensure buttons behave as expected (filtering, making visible changes, etc.)
• Ensure clickable things are navigating to the right page and carrying the state
• Ensure forms are validated when required

More cases can be added if necessary! 🙏🏻
