Add more cromwell and sprocket info #1349

As someone who tried running a WDL on the cluster (without PROOF) recently, I would refresh the content to include:

  • Recommendation to use PROOF, then sprocket, then cromwell in that order
  • Note that you need to create a config file to use sprocket or cromwell
  • Note that we do not reccommend installing sprocket or cromwell yourself, you should use the modules
  • A simple sprocket config file that they can copy/paste (it's about 4 lines long)
  • A code snippet showing an example of running a WDL with sprocket (module load, have command point to config file, etc.)
  • Links to writing and submitting an sbatch
  • Links to the cromwell stuff if they really want to go that route
