If assigned, I can add a focused GitHub Actions workflow for Soroban contract compilation that installs the required Rust wasm target, builds the contract artifacts on pull requests, and keeps the workflow scoped to contract verification without broad repo changes.

I will wait for maintainer or Stellar Wave assignment before cloning, implementing, or opening a PR.
