have a buffering bar

it would be nice to have like a bar that shows us how many seconds are buffered in the stream, like the one mpv has :)

Actually, this feature was implemented in earlier versions of the app. However, I had to remove it because many IPTV providers send incorrect timestamp/duration data.

For example, some streams were reporting absurd buffer values (like 7600 days ahead), which caused the bar to display misleading information and confused users.

To keep the UI accurate, I decided to disable it for now. I might revisit this in the future if I can find a reliable way to filter out this incorrect data.
