DH pipe heat loss is independent on capacity and flow, which causes issues (infeasibility) related to investment when starting with 0 capacity and possibly also with zero flow (not observed).

A possible solution would be to integrate capacity/flow in the equation of heat loss. Alternatively, binary variable is needed.
