Event details on the night of the meetup disappear too quickly

Repro Steps

1. Add a meetup record at a specific time that's easy to test the boundary condition.
2. Add a link to Remo for example to the meetup.
3. Add at least one presentation to this meetup.
4. Wait until time that meetup is supposed to start.

Expected

As a visitor who accesses the website slightly after the meetup is supposed to start, I should be able to still see the currently-happening meetup's details. For example, if a Remo link is available, I should be able to still see it.

Actual

Immediately after the meeting start time has passed, we show the next meetup's details, or the generic "Next Meetup: To Be Announced". For context, I was trying to join the meetup 12 minutes late, went to the website, and was greeted with the TBD messaging.

Proposal

We show a meetup's details for at least 2-3 hours after the meetup has started.
