Investigating Respiratory Virus-Virus Interactions' Influence on Susceptibility of Subsequent Infections
Background: The co-circulation of multiple respiratory pathogens can lead to competitive or cooperative forms of pathogen–pathogen interactions through broad-acting innate or adaptive immunity leading to enhanced or reduced risk of subsequent infections.
Access to de-identified individual-level study participant data requires a signed data access agreement with the Seattle Flu Alliance and can be made available to researchers whose proposed use of the data is approved by study investigators.
