Background: The co-circulation of multiple respiratory pathogens can lead to competitive or cooperative forms of pathogen–pathogen interactions through broad-acting innate or adaptive immunity leading to enhanced or reduced risk of subsequent infections.

Seattle Flu Study Data

Access to de-identified individual-level study participant data requires a signed data access agreement with the Seattle Flu Alliance and can be made available to researchers whose proposed use of the data is approved by study investigators. Requests for data access should be submitted to data@seattleflu.org.
