MIDI Help needed

Hi,
I bought a new MIDI Controller (Launchcontrol XL3) and try to route MIDI to OSC.
The controller send for a fader following MIDI message (B0 05 127) control change on Port 0 <05> the number of the fader controller value
I want to control EOS Submaster 1 (/eos/sub/1), how to do it? For me it is not clear to do convert the input path.

Here is an example patch that you can try for this.

To start with, I just set the INCOMING side to MIDI, Port 0 and then I set the OUTGOING side to OSC, 127.0.0.1, Port 9000. Nothing even needs to be listening to the outgoing OSC, this just shows me what my inputs and outputs are in the log. So you can see that the INCOMING MIDI is converted to INCOMING OSC /midi

So, now I change my OUTGOING side to a simple JavaScript:

OSC = "/eos/sub/1"
ARGS[0] = ARGS[2] /127.0
ARGS.length = 1

Line 2 sets the 3rd INCOMING OSC argument to be the first OUTGOING OSC argument, and it scales it from [0 - 127] to [0.0 - 1.0]
Line 3 makes OUTGOING OSC only have a single argument

Thank you for that advice. I modified the script and it worked as expected. I added an if ARGS[0] == 0xb0 (CC on port 0) and ARGS[1] = 0x05 (controller number 5). Because I'm new to Javascript have to learn many things.

It ended with following solution, using the MIDI faders which are internal have controller numbers 5 - 13 and routed them to sub 1 - 8
