Please update lang/rust to a recent version

Hello.

I noticed that the Rust version available in DragonFlyBSD, which currently is 1.79, is very old. The latest Rust version is 1.91.

Since the Rust compiler in DragonFlyBSD is so old, I cannot build my project for DragonFlyBSD anymore.

At this point, I cannot support older Rust versions, because important dependencies that I need do require at least Rust 1.89 now 😟

So, I would like to request that Rust be updated in DragonFlyBSD.

Current state of porting: new quarterly branch is being prepared, Rust 1.85 is already included there. Quarterly branches are selected to get a working snapshot of packages instead of eventual consistency trying to track current port tree. Once current branch would be ready staged will be switched to newer branch. You can already compile yourself Rust from staged as there are no hard deps on it in the tree and install on your system, but I guess there are some issues with other Rust ports so porting work might not be final.

Unfortunately, I need Rust 1.89 or newer to build the required dependencies, so version 1.88 won't be sufficient 😞

Too bad Rust is not offering pre-build packages for DragonFly BSD here:

I have switched to installing Rust from Ravenports on the DragonFly builder 😏
