liveview.min.js missing

The demo fails with this error, when using the docker instructions:

Not Found: /static/liveview/liveview.min.js

I don't see any javascript in this repository.

If I follow the instructions without using docker, there is still a problem with static files.

I was able to fix it by doing the following before running manage.py collectstatic:

Add this to settings.py:

STATIC_ROOT = "app/static/"

Create the directory:
mkdir app/static

I'm not sure if that's the proper location for the static directory, but it is working for me now.
