Adding step above adds step at the bottom.

Describe the bug
When editing an automation, if you click the three dots on the right and click "+ Add step above" it just ads one at the bottom of the automation. "+ Add step below" does correctly add a step below the selected one.

Expected behavior
Adding steps above and below should do so.

Desktop:

• OS: Linux (Ubuntu 26)
• Browser: Vivaldi 8.0.4033.35

Additional context
I also don't see a way to re-order steps, is this intentional or am I missing something?

Regarding the reordering functionality, our current table module has inherent limitations that prevent this feature from being implemented. We have identified a replacement module that will support reordering and have committed to prioritizing this upgrade in our development roadmap.
