Better Categories section in Blog

I think that the floating is a good addition, but it could have some problems:

The card could be a little bigger
The overall looking could be better
The title of categories should be bigger, with a different type of text decoration

Other things:

If there are too many categories, it'll be a good idea to limit the number of categories showed in the blog page. Since to many could be a problem

I could make a context variable but I want the opinion of @nicolas-alt , in order to see if he can make it only with css or js, or just create a little variable with the most recent categories or something like that.

Can you add an option for upload a category image? With that i can improve the design. Something like this.
