Edit card in profile

## Summary
We need flow where user will be able to edit the existing card in his/her dashboard.


## Acceptance Criteria
- [x] Able to edit the platform links in the card
- [x] platform links should get updated to their respective ones too
- [ ] card should get updated with latest details
- [ ] Tests added
- [ ] docs updated (if needed)
