When we add an item to a batch, we capture an audit entry for the item, we don't generate audit item for the batch.
So, for a batch history, we only batch creation, we don't see batch item additions.
This is fairly low priority, since the UI doesn't allow items to be removed from a batch. Maybe the backend doesn't allow it.
