Feature Request: Add --write or --resolve Option

Hey there! Awesome work on this library!

I’ve been using the catalog feature of pnpm and was surprised there wasn’t an easy way to resolve dependencies. I’m super glad I found your work!

Would you be up for adding a --write or --resolve option that could be interactive? It would help resolve the dependencies and write them to both the package.json and the workspace file.

Manually copying and updating each package.json is pretty tedious. I’d be happy to create a PR for this if you’re cool with it!

It sound like a good feature 👌
Maybe a --update (alias -u) flag to auto update ? And an --interactive (-i) for an interactive update ?

I can work on this by this weekend if you prefer
