Provide senders with actionable insights into notification performance through a dedicated analytics dashboard.

The dashboard should aggregate both on-chain and off-chain metrics.

Tasks
Create analytics overview page.
Display delivery rates.
Display acknowledgment rates.
Add trend charts.
Support date filtering.
Implement loading skeletons.

Acceptance Criteria
Dashboard loads analytics successfully.
Filters update displayed metrics.
Visualizations remain responsive on mobile devices.
