Subject: [PATCH] docs: add Pinax to data indexers

Pinax serves Firehose, Substreams, and archive RPC for Linea Mainnet and
Linea Sepolia. Closes #1738.

+## Transform blocks with Substreams

+on top of Firehose.
+Write modules in Rust, package them as an `.spkg` file, and run them on Pinax servers to
+transform raw blocks into the data model an application needs.
+Output can be written to PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, served over a stream, or consumed by a
+Graph Node as a subgraph data source.
