cowork-bot: restore full tree clobbered by empty-index commit; keep .gitattributes normalization
Previous commit 2fcb7a5 was created from a fresh GIT_INDEX_FILE containing only .gitattributes, which rewrote master's tree down to a single file. This commit rebuilds the complete tree from 194f1f4 plus the intended .gitattributes.
