Rerun mivmir_validation pipeline

New Updated Plan

Due to time limitations, select 10 cases from the mivmirvalidation samplesheet where there are available inference scores from mivmir and rerun these cases on raredisease v3 mivmir branch as a verification.

Ensure pathogenic variants are scored identically.

• Uplift annotation submodules from Mario release into validation pipeline
• Update mivmir gicam docker images to use v1.12.2
