WRIMS v2 repository have build error

@jmdegeorge WRIMS v2 repository have build error after I reload the Gradle project to Eclipse. The following is the error message:

Is it related to my token for github might be expired?

@hxiedwr given this message: "Received status code 401 from server: Unauthorized", I think you're right. Either the token is expired or not defined correctly in the gradle.properties file.

Ok,I will try. But token is usually valid for 2 months or so, which means I need frequently update the token on my side.

In the wrims-engine build we ran into token access issues enough that we added a quick step specifically for verifying the token and and user are able to access the dependencies using the following curl test:

curl --fail -i -u "cvmUserId:cvmPassword" https://maven.pkg.github.com/CentralValleyModeling/wrims-engine-dependencies/com.google.ortools/linearsolver/2013-01-10/linearsolver-2013-01-10.jar

replace the "cvmUserId" with your github username and the "cvmPassword" with your token then you can run this command through a CMD prompt if you want to manually verify that your token is working with the required privileges.
