Problem

Objective:

• Which pixel is our particle
• Which group of pixel is considered as a particle

Proposed Solution

Input:
Prepositioned SEM camera

Output:

1. Image BSD
2. Image SED
3. Pixelwise mask for each image (1 for particle number 1, 2 for particle number 2, …,0 for carbon background)

TODO: check codebases for integration, production test.

Future dev:

1. Particle size information
