Basic design on the documentation site

Currently the documentation site directs to a Hello World Home Page, please adjust the site such that the index/home page is a page of relevant documentation (ie., https://docs.healthtechinnovators.ca/docs).

Furthermore, please add a logo (as shown in the top left corner in the image) and favicon to the docs site.
